You can download the latest version of ActiveData Response Templates For Outlook by clicking on the following link:

If you are running the "
special" 64-bit version of Outlook, use this link instead:
adRTx64.exe
Use Outlook -> File -> Help -> About Microsoft Outlook to see which version you are running. Most Windows 7 x64 users will be running the 32-bit version of Outlook.
When prompted, select Save to copy the file to your computer. Do NOT click Run at this point.
After the download completes click Run to install the software.

You may need to temporarily disable any 3'rd party anti-virus and network security programs before running the installer.
ActiveData Response Templates runs with Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 including the 64-bit version.
ActiveData Response Templates Windows 2000, 2003, XP, Vista, Vista x64, Win7, Win7 x64, 2008 and in Terminal Server and Citrix environments.
Please make sure that Outlook is closed before installing the software.
If you have an older version of the software then please uninstall it first using Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Win 7 and Vista)
This file contains a Microsoft Windows Installer package (.msi) and requires administrative privileges to run.
Once installed, the software does not require administrative privileges.

contact us for instructions on installing the software in a Terminal Server or Citrix environment.
