The Tag Rows By Column Value command highlights specific rows that are identified by a relationship between the selected column and the value that you enter.

In addition to entering your own values you can also select the following items from the value dropdown:

  • Value In Previous Row. This refers to the value of the selected column in the preceeding row. This feature can be used to tag the first row of a group of rows that share the same value.
  • Any Numeric Value. If the column value is a number then the row will be tagged.
  • Any Text Value. If the column value contains any text then the row will be tagged.
  • Blank. If the column value is blank or empty, then the row will be tagged.
