How Do I Log A Support Call?

Please be prepared to provide any or possibly all of the following information with your questions. You may contact us via email or phone:
  • What version of Excel are you running?
  • What version of Windows are you running?
  • Are you running in a Remote Desktop Connection, Terminal Server or Citrix environment?
  • Does the sheet you are working with contain field/column names in row one? (If not, you may want to insert a row and add the necessary field names)
  • Is the second row blank? (If it is, you may want to delete it)
  • Are there any blank columns? (If there are then you may want delete the blank columns)
